Terms of Service

Sessions must be booked in advance and are confirmed only once full payment is received; unpaid slots may be released. The full, current booking, rescheduling and session rules — including payment timing and studio etiquette — are set out in our booking guidelines, which form part of these terms.

Prices are as published on our price list or as agreed in writing for custom projects and packages.

You keep the rights to the music and recordings you create with us, subject to full payment for the services rendered. Any additional arrangements (for example production, publishing or promotional use) apply only when agreed in a written contract.

The content of this website — text, photography, video and branding — belongs to Aya Studios / ASA Group and may not be reused without permission.

You are responsible for your conduct at the studio and for any damage caused to equipment or premises beyond normal use. We take care to deliver every session professionally; our liability for any claim connected to a session or to this website is limited to the amount you paid for the service concerned. We are not liable for indirect losses, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms from time to time; the current version always lives on this page and applies to bookings made after it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
