Aya Studios is a recording studio in Bali, Indonesia, operated as part of ASA Group. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website and how we handle it. For anything not answered here, contact us at aya@ayastudiosbali.com.

Booking and enquiry details — your name, email address, phone/WhatsApp number and the session details you send us through the booking or contact forms.

Client account details — if we set up a client account for you, the email address and credentials used to sign in, plus records connected to your sessions (such as contracts and deliverables).

Newsletter subscription — your email address, only when you opt in.

Basic technical data — standard server logs and, where enabled, aggregate analytics about page visits. We do not build advertising profiles of our visitors.

To respond to enquiries, confirm and manage bookings, deliver our recording, mixing, mastering and session services, send invoices and service communication, and — only with your opt-in — send our newsletter.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

We use a small number of service providers to run this website and our communications: website hosting (Vercel), data storage (Supabase) and email delivery (Brevo). They process data only on our behalf and for the purposes above.

Our team publishes Aya Studios' own content to our own social media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube) using each platform's official tools and APIs. These integrations act only on our own accounts and our own content — they do not collect personal information about our website visitors or about other users of those platforms.

We keep booking and business records for as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal/accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link in every email.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing aya@ayastudiosbali.com. We answer within a reasonable time.

We may update this policy as our services evolve; the current version always lives on this page. This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
