For Studio A bookings without an engineer:
Ensure you possess proficiency in audio engineering and are familiar with professional studio operations. In this scenario, please complete a form acknowledging your competence and accept responsibility for the proper handling of our equipment during the session.
Choose between using our provided computer or bringing your own. If you opt for your computer, please download the necessary driver and the template by clicking "Studio A Take Over File" Button.
6. Cancellations and Rebooking:
If unable to attend, reschedule within three months; no refunds.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances:
In the event of a power outage or other unpredictable occurrences, reschedule the remaining session; no refunds.

Studio Booking Guidelines
1. Advance Booking and Payment:
All sessions must be booked in advance via our booking form or WhatsApp to check availability. Our team will respond promptly to confirm the schedule.
Please note: Bookings are NOT confirmed until full payment is received. Unpaid slots may be released to other clients.
Payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed.

For recording sessions with our engineer, please send necessary files prior to the session to ensure an efficient set-up and a smooth workflow.
4. Studio Etiquette:
Aya Studios is a DRUG-FREE studio. No drugs are allowed on the premises.
No smoking, eating, or drinking inside any Studio or DJ Room.
Closed water bottles are permitted but must be kept away from equipment.
Please use designated areas for smoking and dining.
Always consult our team before moving any equipment or furniture.
5. Equipment Use and Responsibility:
Please do not unplug cables, change routing, reconfigure set-ups, tune sound systems, or move equipment or furniture without assistance from our team. If any adjustments are required, kindly inform us and we will assist you.
If you encounter any technical issues, please inform our team immediately.
You are fully responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment during your session.
Each booking includes only the equipment listed on our website. If you require additional instruments, microphones, or special setup, please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply.
Recording / Production Studios:
You may choose to use our studio computer or bring your own.
If using our studio computer, all files must be backed up and removed by the end of your session. We do not provide file storage, and all files are deleted immediately after sessions.
For Studio A, B and Master Suite: If you plan to use your own computer, please download and install the UAD software (Software Installer and Console app) before your session. Set-up during session time will reduce your usable studio time.
If you book a room without an engineer, please ensure the room is left tidy and returned to its original setup.
DJ Room:
You are responsible for ensuring your USB drives are correctly formatted and compatible with our DJ equipment. We are not liable for incompatibility or formatting issues. Studio time will be charged as booked regardless of USB compatibility.
Please do not attempt to adjust or tune the sound system yourself.
Audio recording or professional video filming requires the use of our designated recording / filming package.
If you use your own recording or filming equipment, the same package rate applies.
Casual photos or short videos taken on a personal phone are permitted at no additional cost.
Our vinyl collection is part of a private library and may be used at your discretion. We recommend bringing your own records, as the collection is not genre-organised and some records may show dust or surface wear.

EFFECTS
Send all effects in separated channels if printed on a channel we won’t have control over the amounts. IF your effects or processing are part of the sound we recommend printing it on the channel.

All mixes are carefully checked before Mastering, we’d kindly ask you to do the same.
If any issues are found or possible areas for improvement in the mix we’ll be in touch.
REMARKS
Our pricing is structured based on a maximum of 25 channels for mixing. Any project exceeding this limit will be subject to additional charges. Alternatively, you may consider grouping channels to optimise efficiency and minimize costs.

LIMITING & CLIPPING
Light limiting on peaks is acceptable.
If you’ve limited hard, lower this as much as possible without changing your mix.
Leave -3 to -5 dB (recommended) Avoid clipping.

HEADROOM
Leaving a few dB (-3 to -5 dB recommended) between your highest peaks and 0dBfs is essential when sending a 24-Bit Mix. This isn’t necessary when sending 32-Bit Float.
