DJ Room
Our DJ Room is a specialised space for DJs to practise, perform, and record their sets — situated right beside the river, giving it one of the most distinctive settings of any studio in Bali. The room is built around a professional Pioneer DJ system with CDJ and XDJ players, a DJM-750 MK2 mixer, and two Technics SL-1200 MK3 turntables for vinyl sessions.
Beyond room hire, we offer four packages that scale from basic practice to a fully recorded, mastered, and filmed set — so you leave with a finished product, not just a session. The outdoor sound system is also linked directly to our Event Space, making the DJ Room the heart of any event we host.

Important Information
Studio Booking Guidelines
1. Advance Booking and Payment
All sessions must be booked at least 48 hours in advance via our booking form or WhatsApp. No walk-ins. Our team will respond promptly to confirm availability.
Please note: Bookings are NOT confirmed until full payment is received. Full payment is due at least 24 hours before your session. Unpaid slots will be released. Payment details will be provided once availability is confirmed.
2. Punctuality
Please arrive on time; bookings are valid only for the allocated slot. Over-run sessions will incur additional charges.
3. Session Preparation
To avoid setup delays, kindly provide a detailed list of your planned activities in the studio, so that we can adequately prepare the session accordingly. For sessions with Chukku-directed oversight, please send necessary files prior to the session to ensure an efficient set-up and a smooth workflow.
4. Studio Etiquette
Aya Studios is a DRUG-FREE studio. No drugs are allowed on the premises. No smoking, eating, or drinking inside any Studio or DJ Room. Closed water bottles are permitted but must be kept away from equipment. Please use designated areas for smoking and dining. Always consult our team before moving any equipment or furniture.
5. Equipment Use and Responsibility
Please do not unplug cables, change routing, reconfigure set-ups, tune sound systems, or move equipment or furniture without assistance from our team. If any adjustments are required, kindly inform us and we will assist you. If you encounter any technical issues, please inform our team immediately.
You are fully responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment during your session. Each booking includes only the equipment listed on our website. If you require additional instruments, microphones, or special setup, please inform us in advance. Additional charges may apply.
DJ Room: You are responsible for ensuring your USB drives are correctly formatted and compatible with our DJ equipment. We are not liable for incompatibility or formatting issues. Studio time will be charged as booked regardless of USB compatibility. Please do not attempt to adjust or tune the sound system yourself. Audio recording or professional video filming requires the use of our designated recording / filming package. If you use your own recording or filming equipment, the same package rate applies. Casual photos or short videos taken on a personal phone are permitted at no additional cost. Our vinyl collection is part of a private library and may be used at your discretion. We recommend bringing your own records, as the collection is not genre-organised and some records may show dust or surface wear.
6. Cancellations and Rebooking
If you are unable to attend your session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions may be rescheduled within three months, subject to availability. All payments are non-refundable.
7. Unforeseen Circumstances
In the event of a power outage or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, the remaining session time may be rescheduled. No refunds will be issued.
